Qualifications of a Leader:

1. Have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. A regular member of Truth Community Church
3. Complete a TCC Community Group Leader Application
4. Interview with the TCC Community Group Administrator

This application is an attempt to identify your leadership strengths and interests to assist us in determining if a Group Leader is the best ministry for you.

Married couples will go through the process together and only need to complete one application.
