About the Bible

We believe that the Bible is the perfect Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

We believe that the Bible is our authority for salvation and Christian living. 2 Timothy 3:15

We believe there is one eternal, almighty and perfect God; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Ephesians 4:4-6)

We believe that Jesus Christ is both God and man. (Colossians 2:9; 1 Timothy 3:16)

We believe that everyone has sinned and needs salvation. (Romans 3:10, Romans 3:23-24)

We believe that salvation is a process that begins with faith in Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:1, Acts 15:11, Ephesians 2:8)

We believe in the saving Gospel (good news) of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

We identify with Jesus through repentance (death), water baptism (burial), and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit (resurrection). (Romans 6:3-4)

We practice baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. (Acts 2:38; Acts 10:48)

We believe that the supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit is available for all Christians. (Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 12:7)

We believe that the supernatural gifts of the spirit, including healing are for the church today. (1 Corinthians 12:8-10)

We believe that Christians are called to love God and Love others. (Matthew 22:37-40)

We believe that Christians should live a life that is separated from sin. (James 4:7, Romans 6:2)

We believe that Jesus is coming again to catch away His church. (Thessalonians 4:16-17)

We believe that at the end there will be a final resurrection and a final judgment. (Revelation 20:11-12)
